OIS is led by two active-duty U.S. Marine Corps instructors—Keith, retiring in May 2026, and Jeramie closely behind. While active duty remains our operational foundation, we provide selective instruction and consulting through coordinated scheduling windows. Delivery formats are evolving to serve clients with maximum clarity and flexibility—without limiting the precision we’re known for. As we grow toward expanded services in technical consulting, SOP development, UXO contractor support, and compliance advisory, OIS remains anchored in disciplined scope, institutional rigor, and service-backed reliability.
